These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the maju369 platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and all associated services. By accessing the maju369 Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the maju369 Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. maju369 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
maju369 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal transactions. You agree to provide, upon request, a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maju369 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
maju369 staff will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from maju369 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify maju369 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. maju369 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
maju369 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or a breach of security, pending investigation.
maju369 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment channels listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the deposit interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your maju369 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed exclusively to the verified payment method on record for your Account. maju369 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit, except in exceptional circumstances subject to management approval and enhanced identity verification.
Standard withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are same-day for e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and within one (1) business day for bank transfer channels (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank). These timelines are indicative and may be affected by banking institution processing schedules outside maju369's control.
maju369 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence.
The maju369 Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by maju369. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside maju369's control and are your responsibility.
maju369 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, time limits, and withdrawal caps. These promotion-specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over general bonus guidance in this section.
By claiming any bonus at maju369, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
maju369 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus claimed through the exploitation of technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or in bad faith will be forfeited and may result in account suspension.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated bonus claiming, matched betting with bonuses, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
All games available on the maju369 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as published on the Platform, and by the rules enforced by the relevant game software provider. In the event of any discrepancy between maju369's displayed game rules and the software provider's rules, the software provider's rules shall prevail.
Game outcomes determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software are final. Live dealer game outcomes — determined through physical processes observed via HD video stream — are likewise final once the betting round has closed and the result declared. Technical malfunctions that affect game integrity will be investigated by maju369 and the relevant provider; maju369 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund stakes at its discretion.
maju369 does not accept responsibility for errors or interruptions to the Platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Member's side, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the maju369 Platform without express prior written permission from maju369.

maju369's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by maju369's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
maju369 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the maju369 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
maju369 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Member data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmitted between the Member's browser and the maju369 Platform is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
maju369 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, maju369 will notify registered Members via the email address on file or via a platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the maju369 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of maju369's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to maju369's customer support team for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's applicable dispute resolution framework.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending arbitration.
